This is our vacation house in South Lake Tahoe, CA. It's a three-level chalet in the Tahoe Tyrol neighborhood. It is available for rental year-round. You can check availability and book it online here.

The house is located conveniently near the base of the Heavenly Mountain Resort Tram and also close to the Nevada state line and casinos.

The lower lever has two bedrooms, laundry, and a full bath. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other has two twin beds. The main level has the living room, dining room, and fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as a half-bath. Above is a large loft with two more twin beds. There is also one couch bed so the house can accommodate up to 8 people. There is parking for 3 cars.

It has a 10-foot wide deck off the main level with a gas barbecue and patio furniture. A pool, hot tub, and sauna are a short walk away in the Tahoe Tyrol complex.

The house has cable TV and a VCR/DVD player. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. The house also has central heat.
